Family Trip with some quirks
The staff was incredibly accommodating when my baby got sick upon arrival! they let us check in early and even made calls for us to get help. Also loved the comfy pajamas they provided, made us feel at home!

Had an amazing time at this hotel with my friends! We were super close to the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade and Amerikamura, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly, and we loved the spacious bathrooms. Also, they allowed us to drop off our bags early so we could start our adventures right away!
The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped for us, especially with our luggage, but it was manageable.
